Australia’s most renowned media title for tradies, What Tradies Want (WTW) has teamed up as the Official Media Partner of the most respected national tradeshow for tradies, The National Tradies Expo.
WTW Editor, Tom Haynes said the partnership was based on the two organisations’ aligning business principals.
“Both WTW and the Tradies Expo are the leading organisations in their field, supplying tradies with valuable info and entertainment, it was an obvious synergy to work together,” Tom said.
“Relevant and inspirational content for tradesmen is the driving force behind WTW. Independent product and vehicle reviews, cool jobs and ways to use your trade, analytical articles and business tips and of course plenty of action sports thrown in for good measure.”
Tom said when he spoke to the newly appointed Tradies Expo event manager, Tony Manson earlier this year and saw what was in store for the 2013 Tradies Expo series, getting involved was an obvious choice.
“Tony has a long history of running successful motorsport events and his plans for The Tradies Expo are very exciting. He is going to do great things for the show,” Tom said.
The National Tradies Expo will have five shows next year across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, with each show offering tradies valuable business information, all the latest tools, materials and accessories as well as live entertainment, giveaways, competitions and more.
Tony said it was great to have WTW as the Official Media Partner.
“I’ve known the WTW people for a few years now and their outlook is positive & professional plus they really understand Tradies,” he said.
“We’ll be able to do plenty together – in the magazine, online and onsite leading into and at each expo.”
