M7 EZ Grease Anvil

Has your impact wrench lost power since new and you can no longer remove that stubborn nut or bolt?

M7 has now solved the issue of torque wrenches losing power over time with the release of the new EZ grease anvil series.

Regular maintenance of a pneumatic tool is the key to maintaining its maximum torque as well as extending the life of the tool. The new EZ grease anvil is a patented design that allows the user to grease the impact wrench quickly and easily without having to break open the tool case and then reassemble it, which can be both complicated and time-consuming.

Through a small, easy-to-use syringe applicator, the user can apply the exact amount of grease needed through the anvil directly to the internal hammer mechanism and get straight back to work within minutes.

Testing shows that a 1/2″ impact wrench, after three months heavy use, can lose as much as 40% of its maximum torque. By adding grease through the EZ grease anvil, the user can be back to full torque in as little as two minutes and without mess. The demonstration video shows just how quick and easy it is.

There are three 1/2″-drive impact wrenches in the range with the new EZ grease anvil, and with 3/4″- drive models being released in early 2019, you can now maintain maximum torque for longer with M7.
