With regulatory bodies constantly making it harder to go four-wheeling by shutting off tracks and denying and restricting access, the Northern Territory is a breath of fresh air.
They actively encourage and welcome four-wheel drivers to the fantastic and varied tracks found throughout the region. Tracks ranging from bulldust on the southern section of the newly created Binns Track to rock-hopping in the Davenport Ranges. Tracks fording rivers in Gregory National Park to taking in stunning scenery on the Red Centre Way or just experiencing the sheer variety of conditions of the Savannah Way. Yes, even in NT’s National Parks that are international tourist drawcards; places like Kakadu still offer plenty of opportunity to lock in low range.
